WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If your product is in stock, it usually takes 3-5 working days to receive your product.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer a flat rate for shipping, depending on the weight and dimensions of your order.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE MY ORDER AND IT'S DAMAGED?
Upon delivery, if you notice a damaged box or flybag, make a note on the waybill and take a picture. If you do not accept delivery, kindly send it back with the courier. Kindly contact our dispatch division via email (simone@silverlinebrands.co.za) to log your cancellation or claim.
